Space allows all the other elements to arise. It is the most subtle, invisible field; an opening for possibility on all levels, physical, mental, and spiritual. The space element is also known as Ether and Akasha (in Sanskrit). The space element is what makes everything possible. It makes movement and life possible.
Ether exists without the stability or firmness of earth, the coolness of water, the heat of fire and even the movement of wind. Space element, sometimes called ether, is the place where everything happens. In its most subtle form, it is the place before everything happens. The qualities of Space reflect that. It is still because it lacks the movement of Wind.
Element: Water
SENSITIVE, COMPASSIONATE, FEELING, EMOTIONAL
Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces Energy; Water is a slow moving, inward energy. Water Souls tend to be the main ones to feel life very deeply. They are moody, and sensitive, withdrawn and intuitive; more likely to be run by their impulses and feelings, due to the changeable and spilling nature of water. They are tuned into their hearts, and often the pain of others. They can very easily feel into the hopes and fears of those around them, and tend to be more easily swayed due to their passive nature.
